Kingston Corporation is happy to offer a flexible and fair terms of service, please read through the statements below and make sure you understand what we expect of you and what you can expect of us.

What we expect of you

  • Clients will not use the server space allocated to them for the purposes of immoral and illegal acts, such as copyright infringement, hosting of child pornography.
  • Clients must not use bittorrent tracker modules within the Drupal and other software provided by Kingston Corporation
  • Clients must make sure that any files hosted do not exceed 20,000mb of bandwith a month
  • Clients are not allowed to use their server space as a file server, the software provided by Kingston Corporation must be in place at all times, if no software was asked for, A plain HTML site must be in place at all times.
  • Clients are responsible for any themes, modules and files that are uploaded to their site.
  • Clients must conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner on the Kingston Corporation support forums.

If illegal files are found to be hosted within your site or any files deemed illegal under laws of the United Kingdom, the files will be deleted without prior warning, if files that are illegal are being hosted on a regular basis, your site may be deleted without warning.

Kingston Corporation believes firmly in freedom of information, but freedom of information should not be replaced or thought of as a excuse for illegal acts or immoral acts.

Kingston Corporation does not allow any site to host any form of pornography in video or image form. Erotic stories within a blog or webpage are acceptable as long as pornographic images or videos do not accompany the texts contained within the webpage.

What you can expect from us

  • As a client you can expect us to deal with your support requests within a reasonable and professional manner.
  • You can expect your privacy, including any personal information you may have provided to us to remain confidential and not rented or sold to any 3rd party company, whether affiliated with Kingston Corporation or not.
  • You can expect us to keep your site hosted with us up for at least 99% of the time.

This space will reflect any changes to the terms of service as we make additions or changes.
