We’ve decided to close the support forums and replace them with a ticket system.
The ticket system works a lot better than a forum as a tickets are easy for use to work through, regarding importance and relevance.
We will aim to have completed all tickets within 48 hours, but in reality we can see us getting through the tickets within 24 hours.
The support system is for clients needing assistance with their website and all other enquiries should be directed through the contact form.
